India Post plans to launch Prepaid Cards. You can purchase a card and load money in it. This card can be used in any shop or establishment that accepts Credit or Debit Cards, it can be used to make purchases on the internet and it can be used to withdraw money at the Post Office Counters or from any Bank’s ATM. The card can be reloaded as per your convenience. This card offers you a convenient and secure payment option where you do not have to carry large amounts of cash and can be reissued if lost for a small fee which ensures your money remains safe.

AFTER A THOROUGH ANALYSIS OF THE GOVERNMENT ORDERS ANY LEFT OUT ISSUES OR DISCRIPENCIES WILL BE TAKEN UP WITH THE GOVERNMENT / DEPARTMENT FOR MODIFICATIONS

The decision is taken consequent on the announcement made by the Hon'ble Minister of communications through T. V. Channels in Tamilnadu that the GDS Proposals were approved by the Cabinet.
